Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as working hours in the planner? +
By default, working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in each time zone. The green highlighted cells show hours where all selected zones fall within this range simultaneously.
How many time zones can I compare at once? +
You can add as many time zones as you need. The grid will scroll horizontally if needed. For readability, 3 to 5 zones works best, but there is no hard limit.
Does the planner account for daylight saving time? +
Yes. It uses IANA time zone identifiers through the browser's Intl API, which automatically handles DST transitions. The grid reflects the current offset for each zone.
What do the different cell colors mean? +
Green cells indicate hours where all participants are within working hours (9-5). Yellow cells mean some but not all are within working hours. Gray cells fall outside working hours for all zones.
