This tool uses a text-based company name header for simplicity and maximum compatibility. You can type your company name and it will appear prominently at the top of the invoice.
How do I save or download the invoice? +
Click the Print / Save as PDF button. In the print dialog, select "Save as PDF" as your destination to download a PDF copy of the invoice. This works in all modern browsers.
Does this tool calculate tax automatically? +
Yes. Enter your tax rate as a percentage and the tool automatically calculates tax on the subtotal. The total including tax is displayed at the bottom of the invoice.
Is my invoice data stored or sent anywhere? +
