Does changing speed affect the pitch? +
Yes. By default, speeding up audio raises the pitch and slowing it down lowers the pitch. This is a tempo change, not a time-stretch. The pitch shifts proportionally to the speed multiplier.

Can I speed up a podcast to listen faster? +

The tool loads FFmpeg WebAssembly (~24 MB) on the first use. This is cached by your browser, so subsequent conversions start much faster.
